    1. Country and project background

South Korea is a developed capitalist country. It is a founding member of APEC, the World Trade Organization, and the East Asia Summit. It is also a member of important international organizations such as the OECD, the G20, and the United Nations. After the Asian financial crisis in 1997, the Korean economy entered a period of moderate growth. The industry is dominated by manufacturing and service industries, and semiconductor, electronics, automotive, shipbuilding, steel, chemical, machinery, textile, cosmetics and other industries have entered the top 10 in the world. Large enterprise groups occupy a very important position in the Korean economy. The major large enterprise groups include Samsung, Hyundai Group, SK Group, LG, Pohang Steel, and Hanwha Group. South Korea is surrounded by the sea on three sides, with four distinct seasons and a developed economy. With a perfect market economy system, it is known as one of the "four little dragons" in the Asian economy, and has close links with China in today's international trade. It has good bilateral relations and is an important trading partner of China.

South Korea is a country that attaches great importance to education from successive governments to the entire people. The current government has also determined the development goal of building a "talent country" from the early stage of its ruling and developed it as a major national policy cause. South Korea is also vigorously developing international education and promoting international exchanges and cooperation in Korean higher education. At present, Shaanxi International Business School has reached a consensus on higher education cooperation with many universities in South Korea, and has redesigned talent training programs and goals for economics and art majors, and created distinctive Chinese and Korean special classes.
